Frozen Orphans is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 39-2376466).
Contact: admin@frozenorphans.org
Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Donations are unrestricted and will be used where needed most to advance our mission—including program and operating costs and related mission-aligned initiatives (film/media, education, resources).
Some giving tiers may include donor benefits. If benefits are provided, your receipt will show the fair market value (FMV) of benefits (if any) and your deductible portion (contribution minus FMV). You may opt out of all donor benefits for a fully charitable contribution (FMV = $0).
If you choose to cover processing fees, that amount is added in addition to your donation.
If you select recurring giving, your donation will repeat until canceled. To cancel, email admin@frozenorphans.org at least 30 days before your next scheduled charge. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle and may take up to 30 days to process.
Donations support our mission and work; specific timelines, outputs, distribution plans, and project scope may change.

Our mission is to equip families to navigate emerging reproductive technologies by reclaiming a biblical understanding of the human person and promoting ethical paths to parenthood.
Our educational content is rooted in a biblical Christian worldview.
By donating, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
All contributions are unrestricted unless we expressly agree otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an official representative authorized by our organization.
Donations may be used where needed most to advance our mission, including (without limitation) program costs, production costs, education and outreach, operations, fundraising, staffing/contractors, travel, distribution, marketing, and other mission-aligned initiatives (including future media and educational projects).
We may describe potential uses of funds as examples; such examples are illustrative and do not create restrictions.
Donations support our mission and work; we do not guarantee specific timelines, production schedules, distribution outcomes, program outputs, or results.
Donating does not create any ownership, investment interest, profit participation, or intellectual property rights in any of our organization's projects.
Some giving tiers may include donor benefits (e.g., digital access, vouchers, swag, events, screenings, set visits, recognition). If benefits are provided, your receipt will include a good-faith estimate of the fair market value (FMV) of benefits and the deductible portion of your contribution (contribution minus FMV).
Opt-out: You may opt out of all donor benefits after you have completed your donation by replying to the "thank you" email with your request. If you opt out, FMV = $0 and no goods or services will be provided in exchange for your contribution.
Availability / substitutions: Benefits are subject to availability and scheduling. We may substitute comparable benefits when necessary or deliver benefits later than the donation date.
DAF grants are typically intended to be fully charitable. Accordingly, DAF grants are not eligible for donor benefits. Public recognition may be provided if requested (subject to our recognition settings and review), but no goods or services will be provided in exchange for a DAF grant.
Donors are responsible for submitting matching gift requests to their employers. Matching gifts are subject to the employer's policies and timing.
We may count your employer match toward tier recognition once the match is received and confirmed. The employer match will be acknowledged separately as a distinct contribution from the employer.
If you choose to cover processing fees, the fee amount will be charged in addition to your donation. Your receipt will reflect the donation amount and the fee added-on.
If you enroll in recurring giving, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
How to cancel: To cancel, email admin@frozenorphans.org at least 30 days before your next scheduled charge.
Timing: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle and may take up to 30 days to process. Charges already initiated or processed before your notice window may still occur.
Donations are generally nonrefundable. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion in limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate transactions, processing errors, suspected fraud).
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact admin@frozenorphans.org promptly.
For non-cash donations (goods or services), we will generally provide a written acknowledgment describing the donation and stating whether any goods or services were provided in return.
We do not assign a dollar value to in-kind donations for receipt purposes; donors are responsible for determining value and any related tax reporting.
You may receive transactional communications related to your donation (receipts, recurring notices, benefit fulfillment). You may also receive updates about our mission and work.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages.
We may accept contributions from outside the United States. U.S. tax deductibility applies to U.S. taxpayers to the extent allowed by U.S. law. We do not represent that contributions are deductible in Canada or other countries.
Our content and communications are for educational purposes and are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice about your specific circumstances.
